The Bento Box is a Japanese tradition, which means a fast lunch divides in the different compartments in a casket.
A traditional Bento includes: the rice, the fish or meat portion, and also a vegetable portion. It's hard to imagine that a Japanese citizen without his "home-make" Bento and his bottle of tea in his bag. Elaborated by a chemist, all the food in our Bento Box are cooked by a broth (draining, tonic, slimming or anti-aging) in order to bring all the virtues of plants for your lunch.
Actually we say Obento, the prefix "O" is an honorary title outlining that the Bento Box is very important in Japanese civilization and the daily life.

The hotel's chef invites you to discover their gastronomique restaurant "The 360°" which takes its name from its situation on the roof terrace of the hotel with its unique panoramic view of the bay of Cannes, of the hills of the Esterel and the old town.
